One of the most important things to success is a firm resolution. A great man is always one who has a firm resolution and an inflexible spirit. One will never succeed all his life without a firm will to get the final victory.

As a rule , great tasks are accomplished by men of strong will. For example, Dr. Sun Yatsen, the founder of the Republic of China, set the Chinese people free from the Manchurian rule through a long period of hard struggle.

Many of his attempts failed and many of his followers were killed, but he had an inflexible spirit and stuck to his cause. Finally, he made the revolution of 1911 a success. A student who has no resolution will never succeed in his studies.

The same is true of men in all walks of life. We must have a firm resolution first, if we wish to succeed. We must always remember the old saying that where there is a will, there is a way.

I am a girl with relative strong afility , tolerance for loneliness and be specific concentration on things thatI preferred.In view of above reasons,Iwould like to work in a scientific research institution or be a lecturer in an university.And whoever the students are,I will communicate with them attentively.

If I am lucky enough having an oppotunity to enter in a corporation which famous for its scientific research level,I hope it could possess these charactertics described as bellowd.

Firstly,the corporation should be liner organization structure which has the advantages of power concentration,authority and resposibilities clear devided,unified command,information communication convenient,facilitating a unified command and centralized management.Absolutely, th structure has some defects and requiring a master with universalmanagement talent one of the biggest dadvantages .Thus,a functional organization should be created to asst the manager to manage the corporation.Aparently,a business with th kind of organization structure could not be huge size for its limits in management.

Secondly,the corparate culture one of the most important components for a corporation.As far as I amconcerned,a dynamic enterpre culture should have a clear and positive goal which induce its employers to realize the value of their life in the course of acheiveing it.Besides,the enterpre must has the pursuit of innovation which the core competitiveness of a corporation.In addition,a strong sense of responsibility essentially concerned for a firm because no business can thrive strongly withoutsharing resposibitities and rks.If it comes down to a type,it may be“work-hard,play hard ”culture.Th category of organization culture perhaps be the most appropriate one for me because I do not like an atmosphere which filled with the smell of gunpowder.

As for the department I prefered,it undoubtedly that Iwould chooseresearch and development department for I want to live up to my years of education and make my value of life come ture.The research and development department serve three paramount purposes:the development of new products,the improvement of old products andeach post personnel responsible for the relevant documents.I wh to be an environmentalt from my adolescence so I try to exploit some products with my professional skill that environmental friendly and simultaneously,bring benifitsto humanbeings.

In a word, the ideal corporation I worked on could be small but has humantic care and the colleagues worked with me could be positive and diligent to work.The boss I worked for could be a person who strict with our work but concurrently be friendly and relatively equal to everyone. It can not be better if the address of the enterpre could be near to my home and the traffic condition not so bad.

the merchant of veniceis a book that was written by shakespeare. the book tells us such a story：bassanio, a noble venetian, who, having but a small patrimony, had nearly ehausted his little fortune by living in too epensive a manner for his slender means, as men of high rank with small fortunes are too apt to do. antonio was his best friend. whenever bassanio wanted money, antonio assisted him. one day bassanio came to antonio, and wanted antonio to lend him three thousand ducats to marry his lover portia. but antonio had no money on him at that time to lend his friend. so they went together to shylock, the jew, who was a usurer. he was a hard-hearted man, and he hated antonio very much. so he promised antonio at once, but antonio should go with him to a lawyer, and there signed in merry sport a bond, that if he did not repay the money by a certain day, he would forfeit a pound of flesh, to be cut off from any part of his body that shylock pleased. antonio promised. but after bassanio married, antonio’s ship sank, so he had no money to return to shylock. shylock hated antonio so he wanted the pound of flesh. bassanio knew that and took the money twenty times over to save his friend. but shylock only wanted to kill antonio. when there seemed to be no way to help antonio, portia came. she dressed herself as a man who was a lawyer. she contended with shylock on the law court. she persuaded shylock to accept the money but not the flesh. but shylock only wanted to kill antonio; he didn’t accept the money. at last portia found a rip in the agreement. so she saved antonio and shylock got punished.

shylock is a villain, and in our life, we sometimes can barge up against the man like shylock. maybe they want our money or something else. we do not want to come into contact with such men, but not everything is following our wills. if we come up against the villains, we can use our wit to beat them.

first, when we find he is a villain, we must be calm and brave; we mustn’t be panic. we can speak to him and tell him you have no money, and we can make him think that we are weak or a little afraid. then he is relaed, we can call our relations or the police to help ourselves. or we even can call others for help. others may help us. on the other hand, if others need our help, we should do our best to help them. we must use our wit to fight against the villains.

when we come up against the villains, we must believe that righteousness can always overcome improbity. if we know that, we can see others are helping us and we are helping others who need our help. we are together building a more clear and wonderful world.
